A thorough Report was posted on the official site of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre concerning the Acropolis of Athens, a monument included in the World Heritage List since 1987 (https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/404/documents/). The Report was based on the findings of a Joint Advisory Mission consisting of two representatives from the International ICOMOS and one from the UNESCO World Heritage Centre, who visited the archaeological site of the Acropolis for three days between 27-29 of April 2022. The Mission was organised at the invitation of the Ministry of Culture and Sports, under the provisions presented in paragraphs 28 and 31.d of the Operational Instructions of the UNESCO Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.
